Kate created Striide because of her passion for contributing to the growth of individuals and organisations. The programs have been developed from the insight that trust is at an all time low, globally - so it's more important than ever to empower and teach our future leaders about the importance of communication and building trusted relationships.

Beyond her corporate achievements, Kate's feats include conquering Mt. Kilimanjaro, Machu Picchu, and swimming the Rottnest Channel, showcasing her resilience and determination.
